Based on the community outreach conducted to date as well as extensive research conducted by our team of biologists, geo-technical experts, civil engineers, and hydrologists, we have crafted a land use program for Yokohl Ranch that, we believe, balances cattle ranching and open space preservation with comprehensive and phased community development on portions of our ranch in Yokohl Valley. The plan for Yokohl Ranch is founded on four planning concepts that form its Guiding Land Use Principles, also known as The Four Ps:
