Existing Tulare County residents will not bear any costs associated with Yokohl Ranch.
Yokohl Ranch will finance and provide its own fire and police stations, public schools, public parks and more--all of which would serve local and Tulare County residents.
Yokohl Ranch residents pay higher property taxes at higher assessed values and therefore will help increase revenues to Tulare County;
Yokohl Ranch funding mechanisms may include community assessment districts, county service districts, and infrastructure districts, created in combination or with other options.
New residents will be customers for neighboring communities.
New jobs will result from construction and the need for more services for the new residents.
