Preserve the shared Boswell family and Tulare County legacies of cattle ranching and farming.
Cattle ranching would continue on portions of Yokohl Ranch;
Development on some of the grazing lands would help reduce the current pattern of piecemeal development now occurring on the prime agricultural fields of Tulare County’s valley floor;
Development would occur where it should - on the lower quality agricultural lands within The Yokohl Ranch Plan to help ensure the agricultural heritage of Tulare County.
