Much like the homes in and around Tulare County, the homes within The Yokohl Ranch Plan are envisioned to be set along tree-lined streets and feature such classic touches as real front porches, recessed garages, entry columns, courtyards, covered drives, shuttered windows, and numerous exterior details and accents from yesteryear;

No hilltop development is expected to occur within Yokohl Ranch. Homes would be nestled along the lower grazing lands, tucked into canyons and placed along the base of gently rolling hillsides;

Schools, parks, playgrounds, sites for houses of worship, a library, and fire/police services could be situated within walking distance of homes within The Yokohl Ranch Plan via a network of interconnecting trails and pathways;
