The water for residents of Yokohl Ranch would be provided by The Yokohl Ranch Company LLC with no impact to existing Tulare County residents;
The majority of the land within Yokohl Ranch (70%) would remain as untouched open space and ranchlands, forever protected from residential and commercial development;
Science-based land use planning would ensure that the homes within The Yokohl Ranch Plan be carefully placed to allow for habitat protection;
No hilltop development is expected to occur. Homes would be nestled along the lower grazing lands, tucked into canyons and placed along the base of gently rolling hillsides.
