Alex Alagha – Vice President

Alex Alagha is responsible for leading the strategic management and oversight of Yokohl Ranch, LLC’s real estate activities including community planning, community outreach, project entitlement, environmental stewardship, and project implementation.

Currently, Mr. Alagha is leading a team of consultants in the land planning, engineering, environmental study, architectural design, fiscal planning, community outreach, and entitlement for the 36,000-acre Yokohl Ranch planned community in the unincorporated Yokohl Valley area of Tulare County.

Mr. Alagha has over 25 years of community planning and development experience in large-scale master-planned communities encompassing more than 30,000 homes throughout San Diego County.  Specifically, Mr. Alagha provides hands-on expertise in the areas of financial analysis, due-diligence, envisioning, community planning, entitlements, permitting, business plan and budget preparation, housing product development, civil engineering and architectural design, scheduling, estimating, project management, contract negotiations and administration, management of consultants, contractors as well as staff development.

Prior to joining the Yokohl Ranch team, Mr. Alagha served as the Director of Engineering/City Engineer for the City of Chula Vista where he led his team in setting the highest standards for community development, public financing and project implementation.  Mr. Alagha is a registered professional engineer, licensed land surveyor and licensed contractor in the State of California.  Among his professional affiliations are memberships in the Urban Land Institute (San Diego Chapter), California Building Industry Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, Tulare County Economic Development Corporation 500 Club, Home Builders Association of Tulare/Kings Counties, Visalia Chamber of Commerce, Exeter Chamber of Commerce and Exeter Kiwanis Club.

Mr. Alagha earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama, his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, and he obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the University of San Diego.
