Debi Roth-Klingner - Vice President

Debi Roth-Klingner has more than a decade of experience overseeing financing of master planned communities, their public and private infrastructure and services. She is currently responsible for all financial operations of The Yokohl Ranch Company including the development and implementation of various financing options for providing services and infrastructure to Yokohl Ranch.

Ms. Roth-Klinger joined the parent company of The Yokohl Ranch Company LLC, in 1995 and is responsible for all financial operations associated with The EastLake Company, LLC, master planner and developer of the 3,200-acre master-planned community of EastLake in the City of Chula Vista. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Roth-Klingner previously was employed by PacifiCare Life and Health and the National Education Corporation in Orange County.
