Sun City and Interlocken
J.G. Boswell Company was a pioneer in developing master-planning communities, its first being the Sun City Active Adult project with Del Webb in Arizona.
Additionally, J.G. Boswell Company developed the world class business park known as Interlocken Advanced Technology Environment, located just outside Denver, Colorado in the City of Broomfield. Interlocken is a 963-acre, full service advanced technology Business Park which has been selected by many pacesetting companies as an ideal location for operating their businesses.The park offers numerous features supporting business operations, including the 390-room Omni Interlocken Resort, with a 28,000 square-foot conference center, fine dining restaurants, a 27-hole championship golf course, and extensive parks, trails, and open space.
The J.G. Boswell Company created this high quality environment with design controls and by managing the design and construction of the infrastructure and amenities. Development of the Interlocken Advanced Technology Environment was started in the late 1980s and remains on-going today.
